Christmas is holiday of silence, peace and love. Christmas is celebrated on the 24th December. We have the Christmas tree too. We have good time on Christmas holiday, at Christmas we eat carp and potato salad. After dinner I go to unpack presents.

Jesus was born in Bethlehem in the midnight - 4th year B.S. era. Jesus was executed 33 years later. He was born in 25th December, but Christmas is celebrated in the Czech republic on 24th December. People have for dinner potato salad and fried carp. After dinner they unpack christmas presents under the three. Children, who are hungry for this day, they will see the gold pig on the wall. It´s the Czech rumour and custom.

Calistrat Hogaş High School was founded in 1885 as a private elementary and secondary institute for young women. In 1923, the school became a part of the public education system, and has remained so to the present day. After a period as an industrial high school in the 1980s, the school has focused on arts and sciences, and in particular the study of European languages and literature, since 1991. In 2004, it was awarded the prestigious title of “National High School” in recognition of its high academic standards.
